Im Hinblick auf die aktuelle Diskussion um eine "EU-Richtlinie für Zigarettenpackungen" lade ich Sie (zu einer Initiative) ein, diese "EU-Richtlinie" mit  einer "Umweltrichtlinie" zum Schutz der Umwelt vor Zigarettenkippen (über 1000 Schadstoffe !!!) zu erweitern. Jedes Zigarettenpäckchen soll mit einer "integrierten KIPPEN-BOX"  ausgestattet werden. → Diese ist immer zur Hand → nachhaltige Kippen-Wegwerf-Vermeidungung wird möglich → eine flächendeckende Versorgung mit Kippen-Abfallbehältern ist garantiert → ohne Steuergelder !!!.

Mit dieser "Eu-Richtlinie"  schaffen Sie die politischen-gesetzlichen RAHMENBEDINGUNGEN für ein "Umweltfreundliches Zigarettenpäckchen". → nachhaltiger Umweltschutz → flächendeckend → ohne Steuergeld

Die TABAKINDUSTRIE, die Milliarden verdient, soll mit der "integrierten KIPPEN-BOX", die Rahmenbedingungen schaffen, damit das Wegwerfen von Zigarettenkippen nachhaltig, vermieden werden kann.

Vorbild: Industrie-Umweltauflagen (Abgas/Abwasser/Bodenverschmutzung/etc.)

EU-directive on cigarette packs

Dear Mr. Commissioner-Environment Vella,

in view of the current discussion on an “EU-directive on cigarette packs“ (to standardise cigarette-packs of any brand) I would like to invite you to take the initiative concerning an "EU-ENVIRONMENTAL-DIRECTIVE on CIGARETTE-PACKS" to introduce an “integrated STUBS-BOX“, to protect environment sustainably from "cigarette-stubs-litter" (toxic bombs with more than 1000 pollutants)  → enabling anybody, not to litter cigarette-stubs → all over the country → at any time → without public money !!! → in an autonomous and eco-friendly way.

Thus the "EU-directive" creates an ECOFRIENDLY-CIGARETTE-PACK→sustinable environment protection→ all over the country → at any time → without public money !

As the TOBACCO-INDUSTRY earns billions of euros through cigarettes sales, it seems reasonable, that they have to create basic conditions  to the sustinable prevention of cigarette-stubs-litter.→

Precedent: environment protection laws on indusry → laws to prevent emmissions of pollutants etc.
